Download and print the form. You can now fill in the details and submit it personally at your respective bank. You will get an acknowledgement slip and the linking process will be complete within a few days.

After the linking with bank is complete, you need to visit your HP consumer gas dealer. Ask the dealer for a form to fill and link your accounts. Alternately:

1. You need to keep the Name of the distributor and your LPG consumer number ready.

2. Then visit Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas website and download the Form 2. Or, click the link

3. Fill the form in capital letters using black or blue ink and attach the copy of the first page of your DGCC booklet along with a recent cash memo.

4. If the address mentioned on the LPG card is different from the address mentioned on your Aadhaar card, you need to attach a copy of your address proof such as:
  • Aadhaar Letter
  • Lease agreement
  • Telephone bill
  • Electricity bill
  • Flat allotment or Possession letter
  • LIC policy
  • Driving license
  • Voter ID
  • Passport
  • Self-declaration attested by Gazette Officer
  • House registration document
  • Ration card

5.  For linking the LPG consumer number to your Aadhaar card no. you can:
  • Personally take the application and hand it over to your LPG distributor
  • Post the letter to the following addresses:
  • HPC (HP Gas): Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd, Bangalore LPG Regional Office, No. 3 & 4, Whitefield Road, Mahadevapura PO, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560048
  • Call the Call Center on 1800-2333-555 and follow the instructions given.
  • Visit and register yourself by clicking on the ‘Start Now’ tab.
  • Or you can all the company IVRS and follow the instructions given:
  • HP Gas (HPC) – 9964023456
  • You can register with the help of an SMS if your number is previously registered with the LPG gas company.  All you need to do is send an SMS with information such as:
  • REG distributor telephone number with STD code without zero consumer number (e.g. REG 1234567890 987654)
Send the SMS to HP gas – 9964023456. They will send you a confirmation immediately, stating your Aadhaar card has been registered along with your LPG connection.

How to Link Aadhaar Card with Pan Card

You no longer need to send your ITR-V to CPC, Bangalore when filing for your Income Tax Returns for verification.

In order to skip this step, you need to link your Aadhaar number with your PAN card. This is done only if your name, address, date of birth and gender on your Aadhaar card matches information on your PAN card.

  • Once done, click on Link Now.

Step III

  • Once validation is complete, your Aadhaar card number will be linked to your PAN account.

Linking Aadhaar Card with Bank Account

7. You will receive an OTP on your registered number that needs to be entered in the space provided.

8. Click on ‘Validate & Download’ and your duplicate card will be downloaded in a PDF format.

9. This file is password protected. Therefore, you need to enter your Pin Code as password to view the file.

10. Take a print out of your duplicate Aadhaar card.

The Indian Government is making sure that genuine voters get to the booth and eliminate instances of bogus voters. Keeping this in mind, the government has initiated a program that links the Aadhar card with the voter’s card. The Government has launched the Epic Aadhar Seeding from 1 March 2015. This new scheme aims at curbing instances of fraud voter IDs during elections. Voters need to link their voter’s card with their Aadhar card to ensure the scheme is a success.

There are different ways to link the voter ID card with your Aadhar card. You can choose any option and do the needful.

1.Mobile Seeding

Mobile seeding is a very easy way to connect your Aadhar to your voter’s card. You need to download a mobile app for Android phones from the Google Play Store or from the Apple app store for iOS. You can even download it from the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer. Once the app is downloaded, just feed your Epic (Voter ID) and your Aadhar card details. 2.Linking Through SMS

You need to send an SMS on the number 51969. In the message, you need to write the details in the following format:

As soon as you send the msg, you will receive a conformation SMS.

3.Linking Through Web Portal

You can visit the National Voter’s Services Portal by clicking on the link  Then,
  • Search for your name in the “Search Your Name Box”. You can fill your name, name of your relation, state, and the constituency or even by filling in your EPIC number.
  • After you see your details, fill in the Aadhar Card number and your name as it appears on the Aadhar card.
  • Register your mobile number/email address on the site. This will help you get a confirmation of registration through SMS and/email that your Aadhar and Epic (Voter’s ID) have been linked.

4. Calling the Call Center

You can call the call center dedicated for the purpose of Aadhar-Epic seeding. All you need is your Epic no. as well as your Aadhar ID ready before making the call. Just dial 1950 a toll-free number from your mobile phone or landline from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm on all working days. The call center executive will ask you for details like the Aadhar card no., Epic number, registered mobile number, etc.

These are the ways to help you with linking of Aadhar card to voter ID. There is no official or unofficial method to check if the linking of cards has been successful as of now. But, you can always call 1950 to confirm if your request has been registered for seeding.

  • Now, you need to login into your Account. You will need two important details that is, your Aadhar Card number and your registered mobile number.
  • The minute you click send OTP, you will receive an SMS on the registered mobile number. Enter the number in the OTP box and the Captcha code in the Text Verification box.
  • Now check the box that says Name and click Submit.
  • Enter your Updated Name and click on Submit Update Request.
  • You will be asked to review the new information you added and in case of any error you can go back and Modify. If all is well, you can Proceed to the step.
  • You will need a Scanned Copy of Identity proof that shows name changed. Click Submit if the document is successfully updated.
  • You will be asked to choose a BPO Service Provider to update your request. You can choose any and click on Submit.
  • Your request will be completed and you will be provided with an Update Request Number (URN). This number will be useful to track your request. You will receive an SMS stating your URN as well as you can download a File staying your URN.
